Often, prior to building a new home on an existing property, the original home must be removed. During this deconstruction process, special attention is given to preserving as many architectural, mechanical and structural components as possible. Our goal is to incorporate architecturally significant elements such as doors and trim into the new home to achieve a collected look. All other materials, including finishes, are donated to organizations and individuals within the community.

Remodeling & Renovation

In addition to custom home building, remodeling and renovation services are also offered, ranging from bathrooms, kitchens and basements, to whole house renovations and additions, as well as rebuilding leaky chimneys. Using our hands-on approach and innovative designs, great care is taken to ensure that your project is consistent with your needs and wants and fits seamlessly with your existing home.

We are experts at organizing and scheduling every phase of the construction process, as well as working cleanly and quickly, so as to minimize intrusion. As with custom home building, we incorporate environmental considerations and resource efficiency into every step of our remodeling and renovation work to minimize environmental impact.
